Francia Raisa

In her junior high school time, Raisa started acting. She modelled for commercials in the form of print ads and was a part of commercials. She appeared as an actor in American Family: Journey of Dreams as well as Over There. Raisa was Tamy of Lil' Romao's 2004 song video "My Girlfriend". She was also featured in the role of Iyaz as the main character in Lil' Romeo's music video for "So Huge". The first time she landed a leading role a month after beginning her final year of high school. The film Bring It On, All or Nothing, Raisa starred opposite Hayden Pannettiere. The actress also appeared in the Nickelodeon film Shredderman Rules, where she portrayed Isabel the character of Isabel, as well as The Cutting Edge: Chasing the Dream as well as The Cutting Edge: Fire and Ice as Alexandra Delgado. From July 2008 until when the series ended ABC Family series, The Secret Life of the American Teenager in June 2013, she was the lead character Adrian Lee. In 2009 Raisa performed as an actor on the USA Network's In Plain Sight. She also co-starred with David Henrie in Boo which was a film that was shown on YouTube. The year 2013 saw Raisa was a part of the holiday-themed flick Christmas Bounty alongside Mike "The Miz" Mizanin. Raisa was in August of 2012. Between the years of 2018 and 2022, Raisa played the role of Grownish on Freeform the show that was executive produced by the creator of Blackish Kenya Barris. It was her first appearance in four seasons of the series and then left following the departure of her character at the end the fourth season. Her other credits include Freeform's Life-Size 2 television movie, opposite Tyra banks. In May 2021, Raisa was invited to appear in the How I Met Your Mother's spin-off series How I Met Your Father It was launched on Hulu on the 18th of January, 2022.
